Experiential content for brands

On Thursday, 25 January, the Great Branded Content Summit 2018 took place in Cologne. At the workshop event, the new possibilities for emotional brand experiences were presented on the basis of best-practice examples. Of course, an example of the use of virtual, augmented and mixed reality was there as well. The new technologies open a space for presenting brands in which nothing is impossible: virtual reality.

Maren Courage, founder of Virtual Reality Business Club, Kevin Prösel, Managing Director at SAINT ELMO'S Berlin and pioneer for holographic storytelling, and Johannes Messmann, Account Director VR/MR at SAINT ELMO'S Berlin, were invited as experts for the topics of VR, AR and MR. In a joint presentation, the speakers offered the audience insights into the world of infinite virtual possibilities and explained the differences as well as the respective advantages of these new technologies.

The visitors of the Branded Content Summit 2018 were also able to experience a mixed reality scenario first hand: At SAINT ELMO'S holographic booth, they immersed themselves in a mixed reality with the HoloLens, in which the real environment is enriched with holographic, interactive objects.
