In an interactive dialogue campaign, expert asked its customers about their Christmas wishes. Everyone could send their individual wish list to expert on an online platform and win a real product highlight. The winners were then announced daily in TV spots. The campaign was also extended as a special format with the online broadcaster Rocket Beans TV. Christmas was a great success for everyone!
The expert Christmas campaign was awarded the German Pos Award in gold.

The expert annual report 2017/18 developed by Saint Elmo's Hamburg translates the topic of digitalization into an innovative and exciting visual language. The content is presented thematically in various page and fold formats and in some cases with special finishes. Artful illustrations and collages as well as first-class people photography create a varied reading and viewing experience without covering up the mandatory information. The expert annual report 2017/18 was recognized as a “winner” in the Brand Communication category of the German Brand Award.
