Hamburg, 21.02.2019 ─ The Hamburg multi-channel specialists make the cut in the pitch for the communication budget of the seemaxx Outlet Center Radolfzell on Lake Constance.
This communication concept uses the new positioning of the outlet center and focuses on the actual core of a fashion outlet, namely on shopping, fashion and brands. At the same time, the campaign also takes up the unique, idyllic location of Lake Constance in the motifs.
"The unique combination of brands, location and atmosphere characterizes the seemaxx and inspired us with the campaign idea. The new slogan #Markenglücklich (English: brand happy) stands for fashion and high-quality brands on the one hand, and on the other hand for the feeling of happiness which constitutes a positive shopping experience", says Ilka Beyer, Creative Director of the Hamburg location.
The campaign will be implemented on various regional channels in the Lake Constance region and planned by mediateam360's media experts. In addition to the residents in the region, the Swiss target groups and tourists are in the focus of media planning, which should be mobilized by means of geo-targeting and local activation.

seemaxx is the only outlet located directly on Lake Constance and as such offers the perfect basis for a wonderful day out. With its direct location on Lake Constance, the city is perfectly accessible by boat, train, bicycle or car. In the course of the major expansion in October 2016, the total area of the seemaxx has increased significantly to around 20,000 square meters. The shopping area almost doubled to around 8,500 square meters. The former production hall of Schiesser AG has become a shopping gem with a spacious factory charm. Today, guests can choose from a comprehensive range of over 40 well-known fashion brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Marc O'Polo, Peak Performance, Nike or Gant at attractive outlet prices. Changing pop-up stores provide excitement and variety. Women, men and children's fashion, sports and outdoor fashion as well as underwear, accessories and home textiles can be found on two barrier-free floors.
