hr3 makes all of Hesse happy! The successful hr3 morning show with popular figures Tanja Rösner and Tobi Kämmerer is the focus of the new hr3 spring campaign. The campaign was implemented by Saint Elmo's München.

The spring campaign of the far-reaching broadcaster of the Hessischer Rundfunk is again under the campaign motto "Happy Hessen" and shows the two moderators in typical situations for them. In the new campaign, Tanja and Tobi act in a fun, funny way on a sunny frozen lake and enjoy winter activities with a zest for life.
The campaign's message is that hr3 accompanies its listeners in their everyday lives and makes them a bit more beautiful. The moderators are authentic and close to the audience – friends who cheerfully get the listeners through the day. This cheerfulness is reflected in the shown activities: Tanja ice skating, Tobi ice fishing. They make the listeners feel good. This is summarized in the campaign line: "Happy Hessen". 

The campaign runs all over Hesse with out-of-home formats and online. In order to illustrate the special proximity to the listeners in Hesse, the motifs are regionally individualized. Happy Hesse becomes Happy Frankfurt, Happy Wiesbaden etc. YouTube pre-rolls show another motif – Tobi knitting an XXL scarf for Tanja. 

The "Happy Hesse" campaign differentiates itself from the competition in terms of look and feel and clearly focuses on closeness and a good feeling. Happy hr3, happy listener, happy Hesse.
