THE TASK

The SOFORT AG, provider of SOFORT ÜBERWEISUNG money transfer service, started end customer communication and has launched a comprehensive TV and online campaign. The SOFORT ÜBER-WEISUNG money transfer service is the leading direct transfer method in Germany and Austria and is available with more than 25,000 e-commerce companies in 10 European countries. The TV commercial has been appearing in the nationwide private television since the beginning of the year. Because of this, brand awareness will be strengthened for the end user and will also allow the company to acquire new customers. The target group is online shoppers who are currently still paying by debit, bank transfer and credit card.

THE IDEA

The TV commercial uses the new "I want it. And I mean now" slogan in several small stories. Situations are shown where immediate payment helps goods or services be delivered faster. For instance, a spontaneous holiday trip, the latest in home entertainment with friends, the purchase of cosmetics or ordering material for a soapbox derby from an online hardware store. At the end of the commercial, the functionality of SOFORT Überweisung money transfers is explained and some references are named. In addition to TV broadcasting, there will be increased online advertising placed specifically on travel platforms, price comparison sites and other information sites.
